Make the traffic you have convert

Ads cost more every year. The cheaper win is the traffic already on your site. In one week I tear down your product page, cart, and checkout, redesign what’s costing you orders, and ship the fixes myself.

Built for stores doing $1M+ a year · $6,500 flat · One week

Say your store does $3M a year at a 2% conversion rate. Moving that to 2.1% is worth about $150,000 a year. The sprint costs $6,500.

That’s the whole pitch. Conversion work pays for itself or it doesn’t, and the numbers are yours to check. Most of the leaks live in the same few places: a product page that doesn’t answer the buyer’s last question, or a mobile checkout with one field too many.

How the week runs

  • Monday: teardown. A full walkthrough of your funnel on mobile and desktop, against your analytics and session recordings if you have them.
  • Tuesday: a fix list ranked by what each one should be worth to you. We agree on the 2-3 worth shipping first.
  • Wednesday to Thursday: I design and build those fixes in your existing theme or stack.
  • Friday: fixes go live once you approve, with a plan for measuring what moved.

What you get

  • A written teardown of where your funnel loses orders, yours to keep either way
  • A prioritized fix list, ranked by expected value
  • 2-3 of the top fixes designed, built, and shipped by Friday
  • A before/after measurement plan with a 30-day readout
  • The Figma file and documented code

Built for

  • Stores doing seven figures a year, where small percentage moves pay for the work many times over
  • Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom storefronts
  • An owner or operator who can approve changes within a business day

Earlier than that? The sprint usually isn’t worth it yet. Send a note anyway and I’ll point you somewhere that fits your budget.

Pricing

$6,500 flat for the week. Paid 50% on Monday at kickoff, 50% on Friday.

Before Monday I’ll need collaborator access to your store and read access to your analytics. About ten minutes to set up.

Now booking sprints for July

A CRO consultant hands you a report and leaves the build to your developer. An agency books you into next quarter. I do the diagnosis and the design, then write the production code myself, which is how fixes ship in days instead of months.

Much of my career has been flows people trust with real money. I led design on the employee stock apps Amazon and Walmart use, now past 80,000 downloads. Checkout is the same discipline. Someone is about to hand over money, and the design decides whether they hesitate. Recent store work, including a full storefront rebuild: The Wakilisha Collection and The Fashionable Frequent Flyers.

“By the time Erick came in we were a little skeptical. Six weeks later the storefront finally looked like the clothing, and the mobile checkout stopped the bleeding we’d been ignoring for years.”

Which platforms do you work in?
Shopify and WooCommerce mostly. Custom storefronts work too if I can get access to the code. I build in your existing theme and stack, no replatforming required.
Do changes go straight to my live store?
No. Fixes go up on a preview or staging copy first, and you approve before anything goes live.
Do you run A/B tests?
Usually not in a sprint. Most stores under $5M don’t have the traffic for a clean split test in any reasonable window. We ship, then measure before and after on metrics we agree up front, with a readout 30 days after launch.
What if the problem is my traffic or my pricing?
Then design won’t fix it, and the teardown will say so. There are almost always still fixes worth shipping, so the build days don’t go to waste, but the teardown will tell you plainly where the bigger lever is.
What if my store needs more than fixes?
When the whole storefront needs rethinking, that’s a Build Sprint, from $22,000, design and code from one person. We can talk through both on the first call.

Tell me about your store and what you think is leaking. I’ll tell you honestly whether a sprint is worth it. I reply to every message within one business day.
